Our seasonal specialty is Team & Individual Sports photography, with sub-specialties that include Event photography ( such as Family and Class Reunions ), and High School Senior and Family portraits on location in the Gainesville and northeast Georgia area. We also do special event photography for corporate events and have the capability to provide on site production of prints if needed.
Neil Copeland has Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photographic Design from the University of Georgia and started his career in Atlanta as supervisor of AV Services for Georgia Power Company. Since then he has owned and partnered in both portrait and advertising photo studios in the Atlanta area, a professional photo equipment rental business. Since 1984, he has operated a successful Team & Individual sports portrait business from Northeast Georgia. He owned and operated Lightbender Pro Lab, one of Northeast Georgia's first professional digital photo labs, from 2001 through 2012. Neil has taught photography classes at Clayton State College, Georgia State University, and was an Adjunct Professor of Photography at North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville, GA. Currently, he operates Neil Copeland Photography, Inc., specializing in T&I Sports, Event photography, and action Sports photography, while offering portrait services for families and high school Seniors.
